Key Volunteer Information
1. If you are assigned an Event
job. Please check in with Katya Able, Volunteer
Coordinator (walking around with a red clip board) at least 10 - 15
minutes before your shift or the event begins.
2. If you have a change
in your schedule (inevitable for some very busy families), it is
YOUR responsibility to get your job filled. What are
your options?
a.
You may check the Event Volunteer lists linked above
for an Orca parent who is not working the
time of your committment and then contact that individual and see
if they will switch with you.
b.
You can ask another family member/friend to fill in for
you.
3.
Please show up. We are depending on you. If
you or a replacement doesn't show up (meaning check in with the
volunteer coordinator) you will be charged the $75.00 no show
fee.
